Dynamic three-legged side chair in wood.Strong lines and undulating shapes make this chair an impressively dynamic piece. It wouldn't look out of place in the interior of a futuristic building à la Zara Hadid. There is hardly a weak line to be found and every line, regardless of the angle from which the chair is viewed, has a wonderful tension.

Design

The back leg or backrest figuratively sticks and digs into the ground and loses its aggression at the seat, only to dive down mercilessly again at the front legs. The inside part of the back leg has been processed in such a way that grooves or relief have been created that add an extra dimension to its already strong shape. This particular technique of wooden strips has strong similarities with the works of Polyte Solet or Marc van Rampelberg. The attachment to the front legs and the connection to the back leg show a beautiful tooth connection. Due to the warm and almost golden patination of the wood, these connections, together with the alternating color strips, become jewels of details that do not go unnoticed.

Condition

Apart from some minor superficial scratches, the condition of this chair is very good. Both constructively and cosmetically.

This bar is amazing. Beautiful and exactly as described. A custom crate (which was a work of art itself) was built in order to ship the piece to the U.S. The bar arrived in perfect condition without a scratch. I will say that take the crate apart was not easy and was a two-person job. But worth it in the end

I recently bought some amazing Artwork from AtKris Studio online. The whole experience was amazing. The transaction was amazingly efficient. The crating and shipping of the artwork to the United States from the Netherlands could not have gone smoother and the customer service was spot on!!  Krista was amazing and I highly recommend AtKris Studio!
