Desk or Table by Claude Gaillard for Ligne Roset, France 1970s

Beautiful French glass side table or desk by Claude Gaillard for Ligne Roset from the 1970s. Antoine Roset established the French modern furniture company Ligne Roset in 1860 in Montagnieu as a modest operation making bentwood walking sticks. The top of the table is made of smoked glass and has a dark brown/ almost black-colored bar of wood on the sides. The frame of the table is made of light weighted aluminum. The table is overall in good original condition with only some minimal wear of age and usage.
